Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Back Orders will ship when item becomes available unless you notify us that you want to cancel the order. We try to keep our store updated with items that are in stock or out of stock but as the store grows that becomes impossible. If you do not want back orders please note this on your comment section of your order and you will be refunded for the items that cannot ship.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: You have 7 days after receipt of order to email us that you would like to return your order. There will be a 20% restocking charge if items are not damaged.

Please note that you must have prior authorization in order for us to accept a return. Upon approval you will be given an RA# (return authorization). All returns must be fully insured and in their original packaging with the RA# clearly marked on the outside.



Any returns that are received without prior authorization will either be refused and returned back to you at your expense or you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and issued an in store credit for the remaining balance of the purchase price. Some of our merchandise must be returned directly to our vendors. You will be instructed at the time of authorization as to where the merchandise must be returned. No refunds will be issued for unauthorized returns.



We offer Free Shipping on all of our items. If you return an item that has free shipping the refund that you receive will be less the shipping cost that we incurred. If you exchange an item with free shipping for another item with free shipping, you will be charged shipping on the exchanged item.

We welcome international orders. All International Orders will be consolidated in our Florida warehouse then shipped to you via United Parcel Post International First Class Mail insured - shipping charges is for your account. If you have a UPS account and would like for us to use that account to ship we can also do that. Please notify us in the comment area of the order that you would like to use your UPS account and give details. All international orders must have a telephone number.
